Geared towards those who have been regularly attending the Level 1 curriculum at B&P, B&P PLUS Level Up classes we will be focused on all of the strength and vocabulary you will need to progress to Level 2 classes! 
 
You'll will leave with a better understanding of what you need to focus on to be ready to explore Level 2 classes.

These two hour intensives are designed to get you feeling more confident with Power, Fluidity and higher level classes.
 
We will give you the tools to improve your overall strength and technique through drills, lecture, and analysis. In this process you will enhance your overall movement quality and practice. Must be able to Invert, and have attended 3-5 Level 1 classes.
